Rehearsal Details
We have changed (in May 2024) the rehearsal venue we have used for 8 or 9 years from St Peter’s Church, SN14 0LL to:-
The Pewsham Community Centre, Lodge Road, SN15 3SY
Directions to Pewsham Community Centre are :-
From Chippenham town centre,
Proceed along Avenue La Fleche (south then curving to the west). Turn Right at the LIDL roundabout onto Pewsham Way; go straight across the first mini roundabout; then turn left at the next mini roundabout onto Canal Road. Go straight across the next roundabout and turn immediately left into the parking area behind the pub. The Community Centre is at the top.
From Towns to the East and South-east (Calne, Devizes),
Proceed along London Road, passing The Pewsham pub on the left. At the roundabout turn left onto Pewsham Way; then turn right at the next mini round-about onto Lodge Road. At the next roundabout turn left and then immediately left into the parking area behind the pub. The Community Centre is at the top
Rehearsals are still every Monday evening (except Bank Holidays, and a short Summer break) from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Plenty of car parking is available near the Centre. Rehearsals also provide an opportunity for socializing before, after and in the half-time refreshment break. There are usually around 20 – 25 members at each rehearsal.
